Hi team Cpt/s,
A Big Thank You for taking part in D2D's 4th Sunday 3/5pm league.
Season 4 promises to bring in new challenges and competition. Incorporating for the 2nd time in the Sunday league is the D2D Cup Competition, where all 4 divisions will face off each other in group and then a knock–out tournament format. This has been a huge success in D2D's Sunday League season 3, with the teams in the lower divisions pitting against the top teams, and as always the case - creating some upsets.

Points noted from previous season**
There were many points noted during previous seasons. Teams and referees have given us their feedback and some changes were made.
1. Late comers/last minute cancellations/no shows for both referees & teams**.This is a very serious matter and the management will not tolerate or condone such behavior. Any teams found guilty of a no show will be deducted 1 point and fined $100. If a replacement team is not found to replace a last minute cancellation the same penalty will be imposed to cover the basic costs of field and referees. Three points will be awarded to other team involved. Team Captains must informed the organiser latest by Tuesday 5pm if there are unable to play the coming week games.
2. League Fixtures***. All weekly fixtures will be out by Monday 5pm.
3. Postpone of Games***: Each team are allow to postpone 2 games throughout the tournament. This to ensure that the league finishes promptly. All teams must inform D2D`s management by Wednesday 12pm to postpone their Sunday`s game. Any later will result in an automatic walkover. (IMPT)
4. Fights***.This will never be tolerated at all. Teams found guilty will be deducted 2 points after a fair assessment from the referee and the two managers. D2D will not hesitate to expel teams who are frequently involved in fights and causes trouble to the league.D2D`s will not compromise the integrity and the safety of the other teams and referees alike. D2D has in the past encouraged players and referees to make a police report and will cooperate with the police to give the information and particulars of the offenders.
5. Standard of refereeing*. Referee`s are always the center of controversy either in big BPL games or even social games. Sometimes if mistakes are made teams are too quick to abuse referee`s and sometimes man-handle them. They need to be protected and D2D will protect them if such incidences occur. However teams have every right to feedback if the referee is of a sub standard quality.D2D will investigate and if too many complains are made against him/her, D2D will not hesitate to fine or ban the referee to do future league games. Please note that D2D has implemented the Referee Assessment Grading for teams, to ensure that we maintain a good standard of referees in our league and weed off those who feel are not appropriate to officiate our league games. Managers/Captains are encouraged to SMS 1,2,3,4 or 5 (1-Bad to 5-V Good) with venue and time of the game immediately after their respective matches. They are also encourage to SMS the results and cards for the game. We are not able to be at all pitches at the same time to assess the referees, the cooperation of the managers/captains will be much appreciated.
6. Match Reports. If teams are maintaining their respective team sites/blogs, appreciate if the teams could email over their match reports for us to put up also. D2D may amend the reports to suit our site after receiving them.
